Welcome to Superstition Foothills
Welcome to Village Connection: the official communication tool of Brown Community Management, Inc. and your Association!

Superstition Foothills Community Owners Association (SFCOA) is a master planned community just north of US-60 in Gold Canyon, Arizona.  Turn north off the highway onto Superstition Mountain Drive to begin your journey through one of the most breathtaking communities in Arizona filled with flourishing Sonoran landscape.

Homes range from 1,200 sq. ft. to more than 4,300 sq. ft.  There are 1,058 homes within the boundary of the SFCOA, built by such builders as Elliott Homes, Engle Homes, Morrison Homes, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Toll Brothers Homes and US Homes.  Utilities are provided by Arizona Water Company, Century Link, Direct TV, Dish Network, Gold Canyon Sewer, Media Com Cable,  Salt River Project and Southwest Gas.  United States Postal Service and Apache Junction Unified School District serve the community.

Turn onto Don Donnelly Trail, there you will see the grassy recreation area that includes a year-round, heated pool and spa that is available to all SFCOA residents.  Superstition Foothills has 5 miles of hiking and walking paths, both paved and unpaved winding through the neighborhoods.

With the astonishing Superstition Mountain as a backdrop, it is hard to miss the beautiful sunsets and desert wildlife.  Superstition Foothills is part of the Dark Sky communities, which allow residents the ability to star gaze from their own backyard.

SFCOA mixes all ages to create a one-of-a-kind place to start a life together, raise a family, enjoy the winter weather or retire with everything at your fingertips; spectacular golf courses, restaurants, shopping, protective & medical services and airports nearby.
